Write for us
We welcome pitches that explain one defined part of casino work with care, clear examples and a useful point for readers. Send proposals through the Contact page.
What we welcome
Ideas may cover service language, role coordination, training approaches, handovers or the everyday design of a work routine. A strong proposal has a clear subject, a distinct angle and a reason readers outside one venue might care.
What to include
Briefly describe the central idea, the intended reader and the examples you would use. Explain how you will distinguish general practice from venue-specific procedure, and flag any claims that need careful qualification.
Our boundaries
We do not publish invented workplace accounts, confidential material, undisclosed promotion or unsupported claims. A pitch is not an invitation to share private employer or guest information. We may edit accepted work for clarity and fit.
Good service starts with clear work.
We pay attention to the small routines that make a shift easier to understand: who needs what, when information moves, and how a task is handed on.
